Description

The steel pipe extrusion unit of our company is a 50,000-ton hydraulic unit, which is currently the largest vertical steel pipe extrusion unit in the world. Its advantages include high pressure, a wide range of pipe specifications, high efficiency, high material utilization, and excellent quality, making it suitable for extruding high-strength and high-grade steel pipes. It can extrude seamless steel pipes with a maximum outer diameter of 1320mm and a length of 12 meters in a single operation. The maximum weight of a single steel pipe can reach 20 tons. Utilizing the 50,000-ton hot extrusion steel pipe unit, it is possible to extrude not only large seamless pipes but also bars, special-shaped profiles, and other high-end extruded products that are resistant to high temperature and pressure. It is particularly suitable for processing difficult-to-form metal materials such as high-temperature alloys, stainless steel, alloy steel, and non-ferrous alloys.
